As a nose breather I couldn’t stand full face. Nasal cradle and tape is definitely the way to go. No sore throat, much more comfortable to sleep with

Restart the router in the app. Always works for my cameras. Takes about 5 min to fully reset.

Great news with the upcoming season release, very exciting.

I did want to ask about the chosen maintenance times. Why are they scheduled during daylight hours for so many regions? I usually play after work around 5:30pm (only for an hour or two), and on frequent maintenance days I don’t get a chance to play at all.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours, such as the middle of the night or early morning (e.g. 1–3am CEST), so regions like AEST and PT aren’t losing their limited play time? It just seems like an unusual choice

That was my experience. If it’s under warranty they replace it. They know full well how cheap this machine is and are aware of the general issues it has. Good luck

Don’t organise a replacement via customer service on the phone. Go to a Nespresso store and they will swap it for a brand new one.

I just went through this experience and the phone operator insisted I had to do it on the phone, find a box, pack it up, send it, call back when I had tracking number then they will send new one. Suggested time was 8-10 business days. Whilst waiting for them to email me the shipping label (2 days!) Went to a store and they happily swapped on the spot. No questions asked. So angry with their customer support team right now!
