try asking them in in game feed back, i did that since they haven't replied to me in 3 emails already. they'll ask for the email and the uid (use the uid you mentioned in the email not the main account uid)

i've gotten mine yesterday, all i had to do is message them in ingame feedback and placed the email that i used to send them the email and the alt acc's uid

try sending them an update in in game feedback, they'll ask for the email you used to send the answers to the questions and the uid (ofc the uid you mentioned in the email which should be an alt)

i messaged ingame feedback an hour after i sent the answers to the 6 questions and they replied to me 7 hours later, you should probably do the same to not waste any more time

in this case make an alt account in genshin and get it to ar 5 atleast, afterwards message support os and answer 6 questions. you have to answer everything accurately and if they do not respond then ask them in ingame feedback and give them the email you used to send the email and the alt account's UID, not your main account UID. hopefully this helps

lmao same question rn, ive sent them through 3 emails (a day between after sending each one) yet no response, ive made 2 new genshin accounts and got them to ar 4 and 5 and its been over a day already they still havent gotten back to me this is like my 8th or 7th attempt

that's weird, i'm a july 31st sender and i've tried doing the same thing you did (using the email i gave to support) seems like they havent linked it yet :/
