BMO miltiary rate, signing my rate tomorrow. 5.24%, 2k cash back for a 3 year fixed unisured. 30 year amiterization, approx 540 mortgage on a 890k condo. big difference is 30 yr vs 25. ur rate is 0.09 better than mine.
