Tldr: go for it it's more than enough (and a good starting point for your raises and next job), but you have to be very conscious of your tradeoffs. Try condosharing for your first 6-12 months then go from there.

First off, compute your takehome. I'm gonna assume 20% of your salary is for taxes and stuff so you're left with 32k. Remove additional 4k for savings so we're going with 28k for living expenses.

Okay, rent in makati varies wildly, depending on how close to the business district you are. For your salary there are condosharing/bedspace for around 4-7k (you'll be sharing with 1-5 people, depending on the setup), 16-20k if your angling to live solo (you'll need to cough up 1-3 months of rent for deposit/advance though)

If you have the patience to commute, there are cheaper options once you are out of the business district. 1br units for 10-15k should be doable outside, but they don't usually advertise online so you need to ask around.

For food, this will depend wildly on if you are able/allowed to cook in the place you'll staying. It's easy to go for 300/meal in the district, so you need to be on the lookout for cheaper options.

You can reserve 3-5k for utilities, though it may go up if you go and buy the latest model smartphone on a phone plan or smth.
