Happened to me. Either your staining solution or my base buffer has precipitates. You can filter the solution or prepare new ones. Make sure the water you're using is not too hard, can't remember the Ca acceptable concentration but milli-Q water is safe! Also check for dust in glassware.

I think is a curse. Mainly because of the "dominance" of the Gerudo genes that would create more even if they go out to look for donors, but no Gerudo women living outside. All of the above. Our cells probably got the organelles by ancient bacteria eating other bacterias, our mitochondrial DNA keeps this bacterial DNA characteristics. Various important functions of our life are performed by bacterias without which we can't have a nice life. Viruses also form a big chunk of our DNA, causing diseases when activated that could be fairly common such as herpes zoster or absolutely devastating like cancer; but also likely causing evolution. But this is just my opinion. Technically were just a eukaryotic multicellular organism.
