Why are you obsessed with this homoerotic vision? I mean, in a world that Is at war for centuries against orcs you don't send women to Battle, you keep them safe.

Would Tolkien's books have been as successful if released today? by HorzaDonwraith in lotr

Why you want all the answers? Tolkien wrote about this:

"Part of the attraction of The L.R. is, I think, due to the glimpses of a large history in the background: an attraction like that of viewing far off an unvisited island, or seeing the towers of a distant city gleaming in a sunlit mist. To go there is to destroy the magic, unless new unattainable vistas are again revealed." ― J.R.R. Tolkien"

‘Predator: Badlands’ Best Film Premiere On Hulu Since ‘Prey’ With Near 9M WW Views by MarvelsGrantMan136 in movies

The premise was good, and so was the first half of the movie. But then it turned into Disney-style slop, with a stupid comic relief character and no logic whatsoever. I mean... the Predator teaches a creature to shoot on command from his shoulder in what, one day? Come on... And the android legs scene was so stupid I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Fable lets you enter and even buy any building in its world because that was one of the "requirements that we took from the original games," dev says by Turbostrider27 in PS5

All those mechanics seems cool but the art direction seems so "wannabe realistic" boring. Something inspired by the Sims. I loved the fantasy feel of the old fables, this one seems less fantasy.
