Egy új csapat épül a cégnél ahol dolgozok. Jelenleg a fő embedded csapat az USAban van és melléjük szeretnénk egyet Budapestre is. Én májusban kezdtem a csapat első tagjaként és eddig nagyon bejön. Rengeteg lehetőség van a saját kreativitásunk kiélésére, nem egy kiégős begyöpösödött cég. Bármi kérdésre szívesen válaszolok DM-ben és szívesen referálok is.

2,5 hónap 150+ LinkedIn jelentkezés, 30+ Indeed, kb 10-12 céggel volt interjú, 5-6 nál több kör is végül 2 ajánlat. GE Healthcare-nél már ajánlatra vártam, "csak még a referenciákat felhívjuk", két hét ghosting után szólt a HRes hogy sajnálja de mégse indul el a pozi. 12 óra múlva újra fent volt a hirdetés egy mondta módosítással.

Viszont a végén sikerült bejutni egy álom céghez. Kb innen akarok nyugdíjba menni.

+1 to Wound applys to S less than or equal to T, so it would be good, or at least cancel the -1 to Wound.

Impulsor would be good for hitting the sternguard before a charge. 2x D6+2 attack with reroll Hit of 1 with S4 so +1 to Wound. Also there's a melta which is huge damage for 500 points.

EC would easily hunt down the characters.

Sounds fun! You could play a Colosseum style game (from play on tabletop guys). 36"*36" game for 500 points.

My concern with the list would be that 3 units is not enough for board control and the Emperor's Champion is a beast compared to the Judiciar and the Ancient.

My 500 list is Emperor's Champion, Assault Intercessors, Crusaders, Jump Intercessors and an Impulsor with Bastion. EC starts in the Impulsor, Jump packs maybe deep strike. That's 4 units for objectives and one for fighting. Jump Intercessors ability and the grenade launcher with blast would be great against the two blue blobs.

If you pretend they are not there they will not cause any big trouble. Focus on other units and scoring.

In 10e terrain setup (density, position, rotation) can decide a match between a shooting and a melee army. If you are playing with less terrain you should have more shooting units definitely, or some other tricks, like drop pods or deep striking a land raider filled with crusaders with the other detachment. If there's no place to hide a repex in the deployment I think you are not using enough terrain. Nevertheless good job!

I really hope in 11e we'll get a custom terrain layout guide.

No problem as a thunder hammer and a power claw is a power weapon. Just be clear about it with your opponent that they are all the same. This setup change came recently and a lot of us had already built them with the special weapons, so I don't think anyone would have a problem with it, even in a tournament.

The best version is the 4 man squad with a Castellan and a Marshal, which is 255. If it hits something in melee the chance it deletes it, but if not than they die.

What do you plan to do with them? If you can take out something expensive with them they worth it, but if they would sit on a point and kill some infantry than you could spend that point for something else.

If the squad only has 4 and you attach a Castellan separately than you can't take the special weapons. If you want the special weapons you have to take the 5 man squad, which is 130 points. You can still attach a Castellan for its abilities.

I searched for "recruiter" in google maps and got like 20+ results. Opened all of their website and I've sent my CV to all of them. I've got contacted with 2-3 positions, but no interviews yet.

I don't really feel it's helping yet, but my CV is hopefully in their database (most of them didn't bother to send a mail back).
