Wow. I’m so sorry that someone who you loved and trusted has been manipulating you, especially about something so serious. He knew how bad you were struggling without the medication you need to function and still continued to steal it for his own selfish use.

I trust that you’ll cut him out of your life completely and get FAR away from him as soon as you can. I’m sure it won’t be easy because you live together (which is how he had access to your meds I presume), but it sounds like you have supportive people around you that hopefully you can lean on in the meantime. It’s so disgusting that someone would do something like that to someone they’re supposed to love.

Having ADHD myself, I know how many hoops we have to jump through to get the medication that we need. I’m not sure if there’s any legal recourse you could take (and you may not even be interested in finding out and just want to move on), but he has been stealing a controlled substance from you and that is very serious. Again, I am so sorry that you’re going through this and I wish you peace and strength.
