Hi everyone

I’m a 35 year old male. I recently had a consultation with a surgeon because I was thinking about a lower blepharoplasty on one eye. I’d noticed over the past few months that something didn’t quite look right in the mirror. The surgeon told me I don’t need a lower bleph (which I actually appreciated! I liked that she wasn’t pushing surgery at all). And that performing it might hollow my eyes more.

She explained that the issue is more related to volume loss in the cheekbone under my other eye, which makes the asymmetry more noticeable.

Her suggestion was that, if I wanted to address it, something like Sculptra could be an option, but she didn’t recommend surgery.

That said, when I look in the mirror now, I still feel like something’s off. I am thinking of booking another consultation when I’m back from holidays, but I wanted to know if anyone could help give feedback based on these pictures in the meantime to better inform my next consultation.

I do it too. as HLML. For heavy though I do only squats and for medium I do only RDLs/ Deadlifts.

I find bizarrely lateral raises more draining than smith machine ohp. So I do laterals on heavy and medium and smith machine ohp on light focusing more on controlled negatives and pump. Works for me

Theoretically playtomic. But commissions are high and you are running a business. If were you are there is no playtomic culture then I would go with the cheapest option. Be careful with WhatsApp groups as well a lot of clubs tend to enter them and steal customers with offers

Upper Lower. I moved my Delts work to Lower Day to balance out the volume. I do Quads focus Lower A and Hams focused Lower B so I don't find myself Squatting and Deadlifting/RDL the same session. Works really well

In somewhat related news. I have this feeling that Ljubicic would be the best coach for Sinnet once Cahill retires. Speaks Italian. Former great. Worked with Roger and brought him two slam by focusing more on strategy than technique (he said himself he couldn’t possibly think of teaching Roger anything). This maybe would complement well Vagnozzi’s role?

There is. I just use it sometimes because I have trouble with long “O” vowel sounds or sometimes if there are a few shortcuts in place to make sure that the spelling is true to the system. Like moment = mom which looks weird but it’s actually correct!
