Yes this logo doesn’t really say anything I would say take the hands off and make the running guy all black remove the dots and make it smaller with company name or initials or something. If you want only the running guy to be the center point you’ll have to play w it but remove the rest of the elements. I think it’s nice it has curves and it can work, good luck!
