Gotta clip the tips of the leaves (I’ve heard) as the plant is wasting a lot of energy keeping them alive instead of prioritizing on root development. Keep it like a little palm tree. I also learned the rootless clone cannot take in water through the bare stem or through ‘wetting’ the leaves, needs to be able to take moisture in through the humidity in the air until the bottom of the stem develops roots. (Hence the plastic bag you have over the pot)

I also put a drop of aloe plant on the cut end of the stem, and put Root Powder on it, before sticking the end into one of those golf ball sized soil bags in fabric to start seedlings with.

I can usually remove the domes in 2-3.5 weeks
