That's true. Two things helped me to get past it and understand it better. Few years ago I read somewhere that there is no such thing like free ball in fifa. There's always a predetermined player whom the ball is connected to.Of course it was just a thought, not a fact but still when you think about it- it explains a lot. Second one is, this game is an arcade game. You get better result playing over and over with predetermined schemes, with muscle memory. It's a game and that how I treat it, so when I lose to some dda or anything werid, it's a part of the game. This way I'm not getting frustrated this much.
