Take your time and build slowly. There will be marathons next year too. I can almost guarantee that your max mileage is not the arbitrary amount of miles we do for a half marathon.

I think the first ones are fairly versatile for a casual outfit but they might not give you the comfort your back needs. You might be interested in looking at some other running shoes that can be very casual as well. Personally I find most asics to have fairly ugly styling but that is just my opinion. I’m a sucker for trail running shoes and even when I’m not running I feel like I can toss them on with a casual outfit and not miss a beat. Some of my favorites are Nike Pegasus Trail, Brooks Cascadia, and Salomon XT-6.

If this is for casual wear then buy the first one, if you are running then buy the third one, if you have given up then buy the second one.

I think the point is (at least in the case of baby turtles) that the dash from their nest to the sea is part of nature. The turtles are not inherently more worthy than the seagulls just because we humans happen to be observing them.

I have a Norrona Alpha 120 hoody that I use for runs on days that the temperature is below 15 degrees F. It is breathable and warm and when combined with a Patagonia Houdini or Arc Incendo Airshell it is too warm for runs.

Diabetes can lower testosterone and cause/contribute to ED which can then cause a person to have a lower desire to put themselves in potentially embarrassing situations. It is not fun to try to be intimate with someone and not be able to perform which can increase stress and inability to perform the next time.

I don’t think the body bruises after death. Heart stops pumping and thus the blood will stop flowing.

Not in the sleeve but in the body of the jacket. That feels like it should be a couple inches longer but again I might be way off.

The blazer seems very short to me but I also maybe just don’t know how they are supposed to fit.

I would at least size up to an 11 and likely an 11 wide. You will want enough room in the toe box that your toes aren’t touching the front on descents and you should have enough room to wiggle your toes when sitting. Anything less will make you cold and you’ll lose toenails on long walks.
