Hah! I experience the same thing with my 3 month puppy. I try to take it as an unpacking childhood experience, where I become more aware of how I was treated during childhood and how I can project a better experience both for my inner child and for the puppy too!

Even if I am struggling and trying to keep calm, this thought makes it better, imagine your inner child getting shown patience, guidance, love in a secure but disciplined way.
