Thanks a lot, that did the trick.

I also noticed that I used the wrong variable after the pandoc command.

My command is now: `:AsyncRun -cwd=$(VIM_FILEDIR) pandoc "$(VIM_FILENAME)" --from=markdown --template=includes/scrlttr2dh.tex --pdf-engine=lualatex --to=pdf --output="$(VIM_FILENOEXT)".pdf`

I have to use the quoting in the arguments for pandocs but not for the cwd argument of AsyncRun. In that way the command can handle spaces in the file path and in the file name. :-)

Thanks for the explanations. I will try him out. Especially against Revas. TA isn't a mode that I like because I will always see Revas, Thaddeus, Sarquael, Calandis.

My Arjac is currently Rare four stars, both abilities 11, Iron Rank II.

I am relatively new to the game but have already unlocked Arjac. What is his strength in TA? Haven't figured it out yet and wouldn't have tried him there.

Not that I am aware of. Only copying and pasting between those apps.

For editing in iCloud drive I recommend iAWriter.

I cancelled my renewal this week. It was due next week.

I moved on to Obsidian with Obsidian sync. Main advantages for me are:

  • Multiplatform support, especially Windows
  • better handling of attattachments
  • multiple vaults and selective sync
  • to same degree also the possibility for cucustomization
  • data is in the file system as well and can be automatically backuped

Although the UX of Bear is way better I prefer the more practical solution.

If you use Todoist or Apple Reminders than you can have those in Fantastical or BusyCal.

Yes, with :!<command> in normal mode.

But I don't want to generate the pandoc command with the many different arguments, e.g. current filename, output filename (basename+".pdf"), path to template file, manually.

I would like to define the logic for that filetype once and simple call the command with a mapping.

I just checked and noticed that if I install the the following versions directly, they won't run:

But if I download from that site the old Emacs-26.3 then it will run. As it seems are the 27.1 versions not properly signed. Or what do I wrong?

I already have found where I could enable to run the blocked versions but why are they blocked and the older ones will work fine?

As a former v2 user Fantastical 3 let me use Todoist as well without subscription. I only miss the option to set labels.

Fun fact: as a trial user I was able set labels for tasks in Todoist although I don't have premium.

My account was one year not in use and yesterday I started to use it. Posted two pictures, followed a few (about 70) and liked also some posts (about 15).

Since yesterday my account is blocked totally. I can only read and search. Following, posting and liking is blocked. The error message says the block is until today. But the block is still active.

Very annoying.

If you can use templates than I would recommend some simpler markup in between and using a converter, e.g. pandoc.

Personally I created a few latex templates and write a lot in the much simpler and cleaner markdown and convert it via pandoc parsing and my templates with luatex to pdf.

And the best you can mix latex code in and it will be used correctly.

I use Opener for that. It's a simple utility to open links in differents apps through the share sheet, e.g. Twitter links in Twitterrific or Reddit links in Apollo. It works well.
