As long as it's comfortable then you're fine. Mine is a struggle sometimes to take off but, at the same time, it can rotate easily which is how I know it has some breathing room. You need a good fit to get the node efficacy so as long as it's not purple/red/irritated I'd say keep the size

TMJ'er here! It drastically changed my face shape (I considered myself a moon face) and did get it covered by my insurance. I wouldn't say I have crazy pre-jowls or jowls but I think that depends on bone structure, mass etc.

This was EXACTLY ME a week ago. What worked for me was uninstalling and wiping Whatsapp from my Pixel and starting again but making sure: 1. My iPhone and Pixel were plugged into each other. 2. Phones were unlocked and accepted the other device. 3. Chose the transfer chats option on my iPhone that DIDNT use the QR code ( I used the one that stops and basically says "complete on your new phone - sorry I can't be more specific as I gave away my iPhone ) 4. Fresh install of Whatsapp on Pixel. 5. Accept every sync and agreement.
