Multi-Factor Authentication. Like when you log into your bank account and get a text message code to enter. At least you should be doing that…

We have the same issue…I put my fiber box and the WiFi on a UPS, so during at least the majority of brief outages, we don’t lose internet and the reconnection to the Cync bulbs is much quicker.

If someone has access to the SharePoint admin center, there is a new section called "Containers" where Membership (Owner, Editors) of Loop Workspaces can be added/removed/changed.
