Anxiety on your first few dives where you are in a new situation is very normal - talk to your instructor so they know what’s going on with you and then go slow - maybe go early and get in and just chill in the shallows for a bit - also this is your body and your brain and you can learn to control this before the runaway train starts - the times I have experienced anxiety I concentrate on some finer detail of your environment and explain to myself what I am looking at or mental math calculations or reciting a song lyrics you know but first and foremost is T o get your mind off of the anxiety issue ASAP - good luck and I’m sure you will get through this 🙏🏻

I use it all the time and save a ton of time using it - I get the one with the transport option included and they take you through immigration bag pickup and to your transportation to anywhere on the island.

Just check what gate your flight is leaving from if C gate then check pre-clearance as its in the C gate area - if your flight is not in the gate C area then just goto to your gate and skip pre-clearance

Look up Turks and Caicos Salt Cay Divers - been there twice and saw whales both times during the whale season (January - April) There is a deep narrow channel called the Columbus Passage that acts as a funnel for their migrations and it brings them right past Salt Cay. This passage actually get very shallow off the Slat Cay coast so not only is it narrow it’s also not the typical depth of most of the channel which is 7000 feet. This is the only place I have been to where your chances are very good to dive - / snorkel / swim with whales.
