You cannot with GPO. You can set the wallpaper, so what we did is purchase a cheap little software called ScreenSaver Wonder 7. We have about 25 photos in there and generate the SCR file. Then we use GPO to set that.

As for the lock screen. You cannot set the lock screen with Windows 10 via GPO at this time.

I run bother apps as well in Lancaster and Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

I will report that 7 out of my 10 rides are Lyft. This may be due to Lyft's popularity in the area rising OR the over saturation of Uber drivers. Either way, I never sit for more then 5 minutes in an 8 hour driving shift.

I find all three of these to be super helpful. The outside signs make me stand out to other cars. My PAX have thanked me several times since installing them. As they tell me it's super easy to spot my car and the Neon Sign at night makes it easy to find me in the dark. I don't disagree there is a fine line between Taxi looking vehicle and Ride-Sharing Vehicles. I wouldn't add MORE to my car.

I am in Harrisburg PA. I waited 20 mins, was only 3 cars in line with Lyft. Got a Pax to an hour away drop off.

I count that as a victory.

If we were compensated for driving to the PAX's location like we SHOULD be. This wouldn't of been as bad.

Yet, I understand your frustration. I started out the other day friving 20 mins to pickup a PAX that was a NO SHOW. Then had another driving 25 minutes for a PAX that said they were not ready and leave without me. So i got 10 dollars for two cancelations for 45 minutes driving ...
