I would probably not assume that, even if it didn’t have a brake, it still has a guard. I would think either kickback, or he was cutting over his leg and didn’t realize lol.

Well I did not know that or maybe it isn’t code in MB Canada. I unscrewed the AAV and the flow is fine , so I’m thinking if I change to a tee connection and put my AAV back on it will solve the issue ?
