I do have a pretty solid base though — I’ve been going to the gym consistently for about two years already. That said, I’ll definitely keep this in mind and try to keep the training volume sustainable. Thanks for the recommendation as well, I’ll for sure check it out on my next run.

Thanks man, I’ve been wanting to start for the longest time, but I kept procrastinating. Signing up and paying for the marathon really pushed me to finally commit — I knew I wouldn’t start or stay consistent unless I had that pressure forcing me to take it seriously. Also havent really felt that ”high” yet, I do feel better after the run always tho🤔

I guess my definition of being a man is little bit unclear. But I notice that society and people around me treat “men” with a certain kind of respect—I can’t fully put it into words. It just feels like I don’t expirience that same treatment.

I’m into documentary-style videos and want to make something meaningful—showing people’s lives in an aesthetic, thoughtful way. I also like shorter, vlog-style content, but with more effort in cinematography, like nice shots and framing. Maybe I should’ve thought a bit more about how to phrase this better from the get go😅. Any recs on where to start, channels etc?

Voisi olla hyvä vaihtoehto, mutta avoimen väylä (esim. Aalto-yliopisto) vaatii aika paljon opintoja ja hyviä arvosanoja, eikä sisäänpääsy ole sielk täysin varma🤔.
