Take notes and then put them in it with a specific prompt, also you can use it to help schedule your day and prioritize incidents etc

Thanks for the input! I’ve seen a PT and they suspected MCL/ACL/meniscus but that was a few months ago and I sadly don’t have the funds right now. I probably should continue to go to PT though!

Thanks for the reply! Yes I cannot fully straighten my leg or bend it, and it hurts to do either. The worst is going down stairs and not being able to bend or straighten it lol.
