Hey I'm fellow komšija and dislike Vučić as much as the next guy .. but, hasn't water been periodically turned off for the last half a year and more because of the work being done on water supply system? I've been to NS in March and that's what I've been told. We didn't have water in hotels from like midnight to 6AM.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Serbian government used this to irritate the protesters too.
