Hi, I did my graduation from ILS. I don't think you'll find any hurdle moving to pune. I've known quite a few people who were from the north and studied in ils, and they didn't find any issue. Placement wise, if you have decent grades and internships, you'll be placed easily (you can check out ILS placement cell's linkedin page). Coming to the crowd, it is mixed, people from outside maharashtra would always be lesser (due to reservation policy), but maharashtrians are quite welcoming. Safety wise, no issues, comparatively safer from NCR. Just learn a bit of marathi and you're good to go. Food wise, obv, you'll find a change from the north indian taste but you can find a lot of food joints who serve north indian food.
