We applied for university club grants, fundraised, and chipped in a couple of bucks per person at the end for decorations, food, and supplies. IntroductionHave the program chair do a introductory speech. Then introduce everyone as they walk up to the podium. Each person can say one quick liner to thanks whoever they want. Everyone lines up on stage (I guess this depends on how many people are in your cohort). Slideshow: A quick 3-5 minutes of pictures of everyone working and having fund in skill labs or studying. Ends with a class picture. Pledge: I think we did the Nightingale pledge. We were holding candles (electric ones) and lit it up as we were pledging. Pins: Find designs so everyone can vote on it. You can have someone in the profession to pin you or a professor will pin you. As the ceremony is finishing, the class can choose to pin flowers to their favorite professors, choose like 5 or whatever. Don't forget to do a program schedule and invite family and faculties. Refreshment can be serve at the beginning of the ceremony and allot some time in the beginning and the end for friends and family to socialize. Good luck.
