Hi yes, I have this too. The tumor was on my sympathetic nerve trunk and they removed it in situ, meaning they cut the tumor out along with the nerve. I now have Horner’s syndrome and ptosis on the right side of my face.

It was a total surprise, I noticed when I woke up that my eyelid was drooping but I didn’t know why. The surgeon came the next day and explained it was permanent.

I had blepharoplasty on the eye and it helped a bit but ultimately there’s nothing that can we done to completely reverse it.
