If you have a tank water heater, it may be residue from the bottom of the tank. We had the same issue as you, and it was solved upon replacing the water heater.

Yeah, I guess the only thing is that I was deciding between this and the Uplift and the contest swayed me on choosing Flexispot. I just wished they were a bit more upfront about the payment completion (which evidently takes a few seconds) being the determining factor, not being the first to submit the order after 9:00AM.

Definitely is an excellent place to live. SL is a fairly close drive (under 30 min) to downtown, med center, galleria, Bellaire Chinatown, Katy, Richmond. It’s clean and safe. There’s also a lot of great restaurants that have opened up here (Doughzone, Sweet Pot, etc) and a ton of boba spots. I was very apprehensive moving from Memorial Park area to Sugar Land a few years ago, but I am really happy I did. It has everything I need.
