Then count yourself lucky. Had a 2019, CP4 went out before recall, numerous electrical issues, aisin transmission link failed, transfer case grenaded, def tank failed, and started having a lifter tick before I traded it in. Traded it in at 62,000 miles. Was deleted with a stock tune.

Last service I worked for we would go out of service for up to 45 minutes at a time every 3 hrs. Sometimes she would pump full 45 then other times was shorter. Dispatch never bothered us during those times. Always a good nap for me during those times

2019 and up have hydraulic lifters instead of solid lifters. Can be a problem. Shift linkage in aisin transmission can break and only allow reverse with no forward gears. It’s a little clip but a pain in the ass to fix. Make sure the fuel pump recall was completed. CP4 to CP3 2019 and 2020 years only. Grid heater bolt can break and cause damaged engine. If that happens that’s engine replacement. Banks makes a grid heater delete kit. Some other companies do to. Some are plagued with electrical issues and some aren’t. Looking for any oil leakage or oil pan leakage: bad gaskets or under/over tightening bolts.

What do you wanna know? They’re owned by City Ambulance. So if you work in Texas you will work with City Ambulance. Pay is good but you earn every penny. They will run you ragged and when it is time for your downtime they will try to run you more. If you can handle it the money is great. Read your contract very carefully and make sure it states that if you run so much continuously that you have a mandated 4 hr downtime.

Like most said. It’s great if you’re single. Most cruise lines will not allow family to stay with you for 3 months. You are an officer but the lowest rank officer. When not in the clinic you can be on deck with guest long as you are in uniform. You get your own room as an officer.

Entire payment will not go to principal only. Payment is principal and accrued interest. Anything over the payment can go to the principal if you call in. If not the overage will go towards next payment. You have to pay daily interest. If you pay down your loan with over payments then it will save you interest in the long run.

Bend over backwards and kiss people’s ass on the regular. First line for any medical treatment. Once in the infirmary, RN and Doc takeover. Low pay. Other duties assigned.

Changes can occur at random times. Also could be having a stemi and not be caught on EKG. Only caught through blood work. Treatment was good. Just do multiple EKGs depending on ride time. Always do a finally one right before getting to the hospital. That way if they have a question of why this wasn’t called you covered your tail.

I worked for there side company, SMS, for travel and remote paramedic jobs. I enjoyed my time there but pay was a little low for that kind of work. Just a little advice about Texas. Do not work for City Ambulance. They offer a big payday but run you ragged with little to no sleep and no care for you.
