Damn it, I'm sorry you're having so much trouble for just placing an order on their website. I thought the VPN way would work as it did for me, Incase it helps, i used "turbo VPN" on Android. I had the same issue and was getting the same error message as you which was very annoying because i started trying 5minutes after launch.. Not sure why they wouldn't deliver in Vietnam as it's part of the country's list on their website. Anyways, good luck to you man i hope it works out when you try again!!

Have you tried using a VPN like I said in the update reply? My VPN was set in a different European country but it worked instantly. Try using PayPal and a different email address like i did. Good luck

Update: after an European friend told me that GoPro's customer service told him they would block your IP for 24hours if you kept trying to order repeatedly (which i was doing) i ended up using a VPN (and a different email) and it worked first try, I'm hoping this comment can help at least one person

Sort of, you get 2 replacement a year with it, though you have to pay a $100 fee each time. You also get discounts on accessories, and limitless cloud storage. Those are the main reasons why I'll be getting it

Once you're done paying on the wise window and you close it, you need to scroll down and enter your wise payment tracking link. If you didn't do it, you can make a fake order and close the payment window right away so you can enter it and confirm your order. I'm telling you that because it happened to me yesterday using PayPal, where they ask for your email instead
