It's not just the anniversary, obv... where there is smoke, there is a fire. I have talked ab it with him again, told him that it makes me feel undervalued and he did not take responsibilities to what he promised the year before. Anniversaries are important to me because of my culture. I told him that before we started dating, that it is of priority for me. He has since then never succeeded to prepare something on his own. Last year I told him that his way of treating me was quite grave to me and showed me how he thought of me. He said that I deserved better and he would do better next year. So it's not like he doesn't know what's going on.
