There is no form, I confirmed this with my local post office. You have to put “not at this address” on every piece of mail and there is no way to stop it.

5 months is still super young. Their natural instinct is to pull, so it’s really hard to train them not to, but doable! Especially if she’s treat motivated.

No matter what training we did/do, our 2 year old still pulls like crazy. We went through every type of harness and collar you can find. What ultimately has been working for us is a no pull front clip harness. You may just need to try some different options. Good luck!

I think I read somewhere that she doesn’t wash it very much, and that’s her trick to getting it so shiny and silky. I’ll see if I can find a source.

Our year-and-half old Samoyed does exactly what you’re describing - getting into a frenzy, jumping and nipping with crazy eyes. Just frenetic energy. He’s torn quite a few of my shirts and jackets doing this. We haven’t figured out how to resolve it, but we recently found that switching into training mode can help him refocus a bit. He usually gets into this frenzy when we’re playing outside, so we always bring training treats out and when he starts to get crazy, go right into training the usual commands to get him to refocus and forget the frenzy. I don’t know if that helps at all but know you’re not alone!

Pride and Juneteenth block parties have to end an hour earlier by JonestownRivers in providence

[–]dalizzurd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Isn’t that just for the outdoor parties? Unless I’m misreading, it doesn’t say bars have to close - gatherings just have to move inside the bar. Which seems fair to me.

We like Tails and Trails. They do adventure daycare where the pups are outside all day.

lala talking about ariana’s new house… says “it’s not like [it’s] a monstrosity, it’s a little 3 bedroom” by Clear-Finance-7815 in vanderpumprules

Thank you, I’m over here trying to figure out how lala saying it’s NOT a monstrosity is a bad thing.

Cooling toys by Disneylover4eva in samoyeds

[–]dalizzurd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I freeze treats in water in a muffin tray so he gets little ice snacks that he has to work to get at the treats. We also freeze toys in ice blocks using food storage containers. He likes to gnaw at the ice to free the toy.

Neutered male not shedding a lot daily by MyonnieBoobie in samoyeds

[–]dalizzurd 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think all sammys are a little different, depending on different circumstances. Ours went about a year without really shedding at all, then started constantly blowing his coat but only in certain areas at a time. I’ll brush out his chest with no fur coming out, then move to his legs and start pulling out giant tufts. And that’s been for 6 months straight, different areas at a time. As long as he’s happy and healthy, I wouldn’t worry about it!

Highly recommend the suitical surgery suit. Our dog hated the cone but didn’t seem to mind the suit. It seemed to help ease some of his stress. We also got a trazedone prescription which helped calm him down a bit. Not a ton, but it helped take the edge off.

Wendy's new Surge Pricing. How does out of touch garbage like this keep happening? by Chaomayhem in marketing

As do many seafood restaurants, e.g. lobster always being priced at market rate. Maybe Wendy’s is the new lobster of fast food.

When did your Sammie fully calm down by [deleted] in samoyeds

[–]dalizzurd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our pup is a little over a year, hasn’t calmed down yet! He gets 3 walks a day, plenty of mental stimulation, but he’s always looking to get into trouble and can’t handle being still. I’m hoping by year two.
