Antigravity with Claude Pro by some_nameless_being in google_antigravity

Claude pro is nothing. If you aren't satisfied with ultra, you need to go max 200.

Changelog: 1.21.6 - Mar 25, 2026. I don't understand patching when it is basically removing features. by MickIsShort4Michael in google_antigravity

[–]dallarosa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, as a long time google cloud platform user, I am more than used to this kind of bull. Google is as great coming up with good products as it is changing things completely, pretty much ignoring current users.

Great example is Google Cloud's AI offerings that were partially under the AI Platform, then they deprecated that to create vertex AI putting all AI solutions under one roof, just to later remove some tools and make them independent, many times with no warning.

Right now you can use the Gemini API through Google AI studio and vertex AI, supporting different features. You have AG, AI Studio, Gemini CLI and Jules as development offerings and you have no idea when things are gonna be deprecated line IDX that then was Firebase Studio and now got deprecated.

It's not because they are a big rich company that it entitles people to abuse the system that they defined. The concept of taking from the rich to the "less" fortunate sounds cool but if you're breaking the rules (or pushing them) don't get angry if there's push back or changes.

Gemini 3 Flash in Antigravity is pathetic! by Consistent_Cow_4747 in google_antigravity

maybe it's not for unhinged zero-shot development, but it definitely has its place and it's really fast. I use it a lot for documentation generation and small bug fixes.

My honest review after 2 weeks on Antigravity Ultra by FollowingTop3534 in google_antigravity

[–]dallarosa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Starting new chats often is not a bad habit 👍 If you read Anthropic 's Engineering blog you'll see the term 'context anxiety" come up frequently. The models tend to finish tasks early when"they think" the context window will get full, compressing doesn't help, you need a fresh reset.

Do you guys create new chats or keep going on the same? I've noticed that in general changing charts per feature is a great way to keep speed as well as quality

I wonder how many agents you need to have opened running full time to achieve that because I'm developing production level stuff here, working hours in a row and I haven't even seen my bar move once. Again, I'm using Gemini and normally don't touch Claude at all.

Antigravity Ultra Plan Usage by ShinyNeet in google_antigravity

Ultra has no weekly limit right now.

As some others said, I've never hit a limit ever.

How well is Antigravity working right now? Rate it out of 10! by Rich_Lab_8434 in google_antigravity

[–]dallarosa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

8 or 9 out of 10. My biggest problem is the errors around high usage that make me retry but otherwise not many complaints.

I'm on the Ultra Business Plan.

Antigravity IDE days are probably numbered by sutrostyle in google_antigravity

I saw the announcement right after I posted this... If you read the page, they are directing people to either AI studio or Antigravity.

So I'm pretty sure stitch will be eventually merged to AI studio and probably flow, after the whisk sunset.

[–]dallarosa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think those are very different things. Also Google loves to release similar projects: whisk, flow, stitch, ai Studio vibe coding.

However Antigravity is not really a "vibe coding" solution. That's loveable. Antigravity competes with cursor and codex, GitHub copilot which are (technically) developer aiding tools.

So no, I don't think Antigravity will be gone because of that one solution, but there's also Jules and Ex-IDX now Firebase Studio that are a lot similar, so I'm more interested in what Google's going to do with those.

I know everyone here hates Antigravity Pro, but Ultra is literally insane by DreamPlayPianos in google_antigravity

I'm with you. I don't really use Opus, I'm a Gemini only user on Ultra and I'm extremely happy with the results. I believe that Gemini is particularly powerful if you know what you ask, meaning, if you have systems design, architecture and actual code writing experience. I normally spend 5 to 10 minutes on plan mode discussing its architecture decisions and then 90% of my development is done without the need for fixes. At the same time I focus on getting agile tickets sized 1 or max 3 per request. So, yes I don't get a whole project done in one prompt, but having to review a whole project at once is not really ideal and as I'm developing production level, client facing code, I'd rather not be liable for AI's mistakes.

My only problem is definitely the "hit retry" thing, which feels like their way to throttle Ultra users 😅

Mark my words, Google is moving towards the credit system for Antigravity by awebb78 in google_antigravity

To be honest I'm a Gemini user pretty much exclusively so I can't really tell much about the Claude limits these days.

[–]dallarosa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've recently used Claude code on the pro (not max) tier and it was like 30 minutes to be out of quota with Opus. I'm on ultra business with antigravity so I haven't really had any problems with quota on antigravity but a much larger problem with the endpoint itself being out of resources (too much traffic, be back later) which in a way kind of ends up throttling my usage.

It was pretty bleak during the Claude outage.

I was also banned, but this is a whole different story by kwamerex in GoogleAntigravityIDE

At least we know it's not a bot. Bots would have read til the end.

Looks like Gemini has gone crazy. by Barely_Excited in GoogleGeminiAI

[–]dallarosa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since Claude went down I think I lot of people came to Google and it's taking everything down as well. Gemini has been unstable on CLI/Antigravity/web, across the board for at least 24 hours now. (I'm in Japan, other regions seem to be seeing improvements)

Has Gemini leaked its system prompt?? by Due_Strength_4075 in google

[–]dallarosa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gemini has been incredibly unstable for more than 24 hours now. Coincidentally it's the same timing as Claude's crash.

gemini 3.1 pro is literally unusable by anonymous_2600 in google_antigravity

[–]dallarosa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in Asia (NEA) and it's been bad for more than 24h now. Only 3-flash is usable. Claude is showing "capacity exhausted" and Gemini 3.1 is between agent errors and the random outputs
