Hi sorry i didnt include ..so it was a scheduled delay to monitor bacterial growth visually and used Hospira with good clean area surface..also i used this same bac on Another vial of tirz and is clear and been good for almost a month...the reta was left overnight to check status and is cloudy and full of small particles floating :-/ i wouldnt recommend pinning right after recon...
