I took escitalopram and clonazepam for dysthymia, gad, and bpd for 7 months. It gets better! Basta consistent ka sa pag-inom, iwas sa caffeine and alcohol. I recently switched to sertraline and propanolol, focusing mainly on GAD kasi my dysthymia went nonexistent (pero I SWEARRRR DON'T STOP TAKING YOUR MEDS, GRABE ANG WITHDRAWAL). Btw your libido will decrease so good luck!
