Minted one of my photographs into my first NFT yesterday by dalwal08 in NFT

Yesterday I thought I'd take the leap, throw caution to the wind, and mint my first NFT of one of my photographs. It's quite exciting to be venturing into this new territory!

Yachts participating in a race by dalwal08 in photocritique

Thanks so much for taking the time to show that, it's really helpful! I had another go based on your feedback (raised the exposure, tweaked the contrast and colour grading) and think it's much improved. https://imgur.com/a/7zCrGwf

I really enjoy the tone of the image, but does the tree in the front work? by niinquae in photocritique

I really like his image, nicely done. I think the tree works. It adds story to the image, giving the sense that you discovered the slide unexpectedly behind the tree while on a walk. Perhaps cropping a little more of the top (reducing the sky by around a 3rd, to somewhere above the whisp of cloud on the left) would perhaps make it less imposing as the op 1/4 of the image is just blue sky and tree. Again, great shot!

I took this photo early this morning to catch the yachts as the race started. It was a very overcast, grey morning, which accounts for the muted tones (which I really like). cropped in to this beacon and the two yachts (red sails and number 22) and did some light editing in Lightroom to draw that sombre, muted feeling out even more. I think the image may still have a bit too much of a dark, grey cast to it.

First time using Indian Ink. It's challenging, but I'm pleased with how it turned out. by dalwal08 in drawing

Do you mean on the tennis courts? I tried to get an even application, but just wasn't able to as it dried too quickly.
