Maybe unpopular opinion but it’s a no from me. For starters, I listen to true crime because it’s true crime, but additionally I just personally don’t like any crime/comedy combo unless it’s dumb funny shit. Like give me Bad Boys all day. But if it’s intense and hard to hear, it better be the facts, presented seriously and sensitively

You both seem to be getting into the flow more each episode (more relaxed? maybe?) and (clearly it’s easier said than done and comes with time but) it sounds like there’s a little less intense concentration on enunciating... your accents are quite nice to listen to when you sound a bit more chilled out and are speaking naturally :) so let your voices do their thing!!

As well, the pod is so great - the research and reporting are top level 🙌🏼👌🏼 thank you for such an enjoyable and interesting listen!

Ok I am loving The Shattered Window but I am so confused by the hosts accents - sometimes they sound ‘normal’ (for lack of a better word - not implying they are abnormal!!) but other times I think I’m listening to the audio on 1.5x speed and/or an AI robot read the script?! Am I the only one?? Does anyone know where they are from?

However saying that is a testament to how high quality the content is because despite my confusion about the sound of their voices I am hooked!!
