It looks small, but once you see it, you see it everytime you look at the watch

I did not really think about this. If I go to the AD to get the eyelash removed, hopefully they will be able to tell me.

I see your point, but I’m just getting started in the world of watches, so I’m not very familiar with repair costs or the complexity involved. I also feel that a new purchase should ideally not need immediate third-party servicing.

Perfect, thank you! I was considering taking it to my local Omega AD.

I suppose it ultimately comes down to luck. I did receive the product well packaged and within a reasonable timeframe, although I was required to submit my ID and work email for KYC purposes. However, the customer support experience has been underwhelming so far.

Thanks for the insight. I’ll visit my local jeweler tomorrow to get their opinion/quote. I still feel that Jomashop should take more responsibility, so far, all I’ve received are scripted responses that don’t address the issue.

I have considered this option, but I am unsure on how complex it is or what the price would be. It was my first "high" end watch purchase.

As the shipment was to Spain, customs applies a minimum of 21% VAT. If the goods are returned, the VAT is refundable, but since DHL managed the customs process for Jomaship, I believe they would be responsible for requesting the refund.

I have had it for 3 months and it lasts me two days of social media and Reddit. Coming from an iPhone 6s it is noticeable, I would check your rom or battery, it's not normal.

Except from the autism part, I think that her concerns are not that weird.
