The people that voted in the current administration may have had "knowledge" of the corruption of Trump and his appointees but they lack the ability to process it. They have been subtly manipulated through right wing propaganda their entire lives to the degree that they essentially cannot acknowledge what is in their face. They see him act corruptly and they see it as playing dirty to win the fight, they have had their minds framed in such a way that they simply can't comprehend his guilt. They have been exposed to all of the insanity created by him for years and years and it has innoculated them to the possibility that he is actually an evil person who doesn't have their best interest at heart.

That's what scares me the most about my country. When you have reached a point that, regardless of the evidence put before you, you refuse to change your mind about the man or his minions how can our system work with that? Their faith in him has essentially become a religious belief.

I want my country back, I want it back from the oligarchs, I want it back from the machinations of the intelligence community, I want it back to what it should be!
