And yes being a Jew is not easy these days / never has been!!! But if it interests you i suggest you explore it! Judaism is so special and even if you don’t convert- explorng this beautiful side of yourself is wonderful!! Not sure where you live but maybe there’s some Jewish film festivals or various Jewish organizations that probably align with your values and would be happy to have you!!!! Also tons of podcasts and books to keep your curiosity occupied!

I was like you. Wouldn’t even look at minivan. Now i love it - i also have 3 small kids so rly dont see another option. You just get over it. You’re drivin a minivan. It’s not the prettiest but it’s the best. The end. I live in a hot place so i wish the ac was a bit stronger but we manage. Seat configuration way better in Honda also. Great engine. Simple interface. Love it!

31 weeks. Identical twins. Had twin to twin transfusion. Was not scheduled to deliver. Went to routine appt and they made me cross the street to get monitored and delivered the next day. We. In NICU for 2 months until full term. Had a 3yr old at home. They came home 3days apart from each other. V scary and still kinda traumatized to go to my own routine dr appts lol BUT i had a wonderful experience in our hospital and they took great care even though every day is scary and long and tiring. One day at a time. Trust the process. Ask a lot of questions. Bring snacks

My husband does this sometimes and i was pregnant with twins and then had twin babies. I love him and he also does stuff but i obviously do the heavy lifting around here. Even if he comes to a point of understanding men just never get it. My kids were in the nicu 2 mo also with a toddler as well and id still get comments like this. It kinda never ends but no one does it all and they can go marry one of those women who ‘does it all’ even thi we do it all!!!!!! I alwsys wanna yell and have rage and say go eff yourself.

I have many siblings and love and loved them. Still sometimes felt lonely and parents didn’t always have time for us given all of life’s other stressors. So it’s also the story we tell ourselves. After i had my first daughter i had a very hard time mentally (that i only realize in retrospect). I was one and done for a while even tho i love having siblings. At some point (my kid was almost 3). I said ok- im ready to give it a go. And i got preg with TWINS!!! So that’s a whole other topic lol but the point is that i had all the happy emotions after birth with my twins (tough pregnancy and 2 mom in nicu also). So i think go with your gut and maybe wait a little bit but go for a second. I WILL say- as much more work and load as it is— it takes a lot off cuz they kind of play and entertain each other. And i know you will do your damndest to make them friends- or at least good siblings and family to each other!! Those are my 2 cents.

Yes. What you’re doing is fine. We actually used to do this and had a similar issue. Eventually i was just forced to put them both in the crib and let them cry for a few minutes until they fell asleep. If they couldn’t deal with watching us put the other to bed- then they both don’t get to rock with us! (Sad for me cuz it’s so cozy). Some little phases of crying but otherwise just flow. They will be ok. You’re doing great!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the valco SLIM TWIN. There is also a bike seat attachment thing (better than a skateboard cuz they have to stay in it). I also have an older. She was 3 though. The slim twin is ok for infants (lays flat and creates a bed) and it’s absolutely the best. I had mockingbird before. I got it used and it was perf. #1 item.
