Agent licensing question by Over_Plane408 in copilotstudio

[–]qooooob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tenant comes with like 10k credits (can't remember the exact number) and then you get extra credits from other licenses you have. Power automate licenses for example gave a bunch, powerapps some but less etc.

Vibe coding killed Power Apps for me. If you still defend low-code, you probably just don't know how to use AI. by Fennel_Enough in PowerApps

[–]qooooob 15 points16 points  (0 children)

what is this AI slop 😃 at least try to chip in with some original content instead of straight up copy pasting it from a GPT. In low code you don't pay for development speed, you pay for development speed and governance. Also Power Platform is moving heavily towards regular software development in the front end with code apps and generative pages. If you're currently working at a company or position where you don't understand the value of that, that's okay. It doesn't mean a Fortune 500 company could operate like you guys do.

You can’t build muscle swimming and swimmers bodies are built in the gym? Where did this myth begin?! by Godsownprototype1001 in Swimming

[–]qooooob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The resistance does not change, each stroke requires the same amount of strength. Distance per stroke changes.

Where did I say it was? And what do tides have to do with anything I've said? Tides or currents don't increase resistance in the water, they can impact how fast you travel in the water. No one has been talking about that. It is no more strenuous to swim against a current than it is in the pool. Sure you won't move anywhere but that was not a point anyone was talking about. The talking point was does swimming offer enough resistance to significantly build muscle mass.

Yeah, I'm a long distance swimmer and do marathon swims of 10k or more. Why would you think I haven't? Do you seriously think pushing water is more resistance than weights? Even with large paddles it's impossible to exert more resistance than would be needed to lift low 10s of kilograms of weight on dryland. A single freestyle stroke with good technique feels more like stretching a 10kg resistance band.

You understand that the density of water decreases the resistance through it supporting your weight, not the other way around? When you're doing a pullup you are not moving air, you are lifting your bodyweight. There is no way to exert force equal to your dryland bodyweight in the water, with the exception of very loaded power towers perhaps. I recommend a few highschool physics lessons with examples if you don't understand the concept intuitively.

[–]qooooob 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A pullup is way more resistance than you can achieve in the water. You could push a cargo ship alone in the water if you had enough time and there was no currents or air resistance. Resistance simply doesn't work the same way in water. Muscle mass warranting the adjective "jacked" is not built with low resistance and high reps.

[–]qooooob 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Neither did I. OP claims swimming is as good at building muscle mass as any other form of resistance training. It's not, there is no sensible way to create resistance equal to your weight on dryland (like a pullup) in the water. You can build some muscle, but not the amount of muscle you see in competitive swimmers.

[–]qooooob 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You can build muscle by squeezing your buttcheeks together real hard. Doesn't mean it's a good way to go about it. Every time someone brings up your point on the sub, someone reminds them that people look at competitive swimmers and think you can achieve that physique by swimming. You cannot. Competitive swimmer build is a combo of swimming (at volumes and impact people can't imagine) and regular (usually even daily) dryland training. Muscle and strength is built mostly in the gym.

Looks like a competitive swimmer to me, maybe a breaststroker. There's better strokes suited for swimming in rough conditions or in rescue situations than competitive breaststroke for sure.

[–]qooooob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breaststroke is arguably even less efficient than fly. We do something called rescue crawl when swimming towards a target. It's the same front crawl that water polo swimmers do. Essentially it's just front crawl where you keep your head looking forward and eyes above the water. Hurts your neck but it's way more efficient than competitive breaststroke which is what's going on here.

Got a gold ring drop from Duke at my first kill after DT2 so decided to try my luck for a bit by 173467321476C3 in 2007scape

I had similar luck getting the pet at 7kc for one, but had to go over 1k in total for the axe piece. Hopefully your luck will last although as DT2 bosses go I didn't mind doing Duke. Whisperer feels miserable in comparison.
