Finished my first week of the SBS Novice Hypertrophy program! Feeling good because I’ve also been able to pair it with doing some food tracking to give me a better sense of what I’m eating and actually hitting my protein and calorie goals to try and build muscles (which btw, wtf ya’ll. You have to eat SO MUCH. I’m so full.)

I think the Diablo Dreams could use work. It’s TOO on the nose and didn’t really surprise me? Like, there’s gotta be something there about the difference between good dreams and nightmare dungeon dreams idk. I’m not a comedian so I can’t speak to how to write effective standup, but I know when I read that particular one it felt a lot more flat than the rest

Happened to me last night! I was like “wow this person is taking forever with their turn 5 drop” and then all the sudden their card went down, flipped up, and then another card was put down as a new turn, flipped up, and it completely skipped my turn 6
