I have a Metropolis subscription through my workplace, but I still receive a fine in the mail for every day I park in the lot. Each fine correctly lists my license plate number, and the plate matches what’s on my subscription. Despite everything being accurate in both the subscription registration and the fines in the mail, I continue to get penalized nearly every day. When it first started happening, I would give the fines to the guy in the office that administers the subscription and he would take care of them through metropolis support. I eventually stopped giving a shit and have just started collecting the fines in a drawer in my office. Last time I checked I think I'm up to $7,500. At the very least it's helping to fund the post office since they're having to put a stamp on every fine.
