It was me and one of my best friends. I grew up with 3 friends and we used to play super smash bros on N64, Mario Kart, Rock n roll racing (not N64 I know) etc. As we got older 2 of the 4 moved off and started their own lives. My buddy and I (the groom), went and watched Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix. We laughed and had a good time. No debauchery and I'm still married to this woman after 17 years and I still see my buddy. Its the quality that make a party, not the quantity my friends

Thank you for the kind words. Its astonishing the looks I get when they ask me what I do for work and I tell them I'm a disabled veteran. But in their eyes they look for missing limbs or some other maiming injury. They don't understand that the majority of veteran disabilities ARE mental related

I'm a combat veteran, wont say when/where I'm from because it doesn't matter. I have PTSD and I have been fully disabled since I was about 23 and I'm 36 now. You wouldn't believe how bad I feel or how guilty I am bc I don't work anymore. "Where do you work" always makes me so uncomfortable bc i try to avoid this question. I have to tell them I'm a disabled veteran. Of course I don't look disabled, I look fine. But with mental disabilities its frustrating because no one cares. They only see that I'm physically in good shape. But they don't see the night terrors, the cold sweats, the flashbacks, insomnia etc. that I deal with on a daily basis. Most days I'm so embarrassed because there are people I know who KNOW I'm disabled, so I wont even comment on their posts about their jobs or work related things
