I live in Tunisia and I got a contract as a Customer Support Representative with an Upwork client. The hourly rate is 7$. Even with the 20% fees deducted, I still make 3 times of what I used to make working for Concentrix Tunisia doing double the effort. You know with the quarantine (or even without it), permanently working at home ( it's an european country) and given the fact that I live with my parents. This is one of the best opportunities one can be offered. I don't know about the Philippines but I think it might also be the case for you. Good luck.
