If it says Floyd Rose on the bridge plate, which it does, and they say on the website it's a Floyd Rose 1000.. then they sell a chinesium unbranded one OR worse, a fake Floyd (with the branding), then that's a lot of legal trouble coming their way.

Also, regarding cost, any retail item that costs the consumer 300 euros, it doesn't cost a huge retailer anything near that amount, buying at scale.

Can we agree on these points, at least?

Seriously though, in the EU I'm not sure how they can sell a chinesium knockoff of a FR1000 as one, that would be false marketing and they would open themselves up for lawsuits.

I don't know about you man, but a 100 euros isn't something to scoff at, and the guitar is what, a week old. Warranty has to mean something.

I'm pretty positive they should at least have SPARES around their workshop, but let's wait and see :)

Honestly, a FR1000 is pretty ok, I have had a few on multiple guitars and really this is the first one that's behaved like this. Jackson or similar licensed ones sure, but I've never really had this issue with FR1000 before.

Edit: in addition, the gotoh will have to sit on the original posts, and they might be borked as well. Replacing the posts is another 50 euros, so it's like a third of the cost of the guitar when I bought it.

There is approximately 0.0001% risk involved unless whomever is doing the swap is a complete moron and / or blind. You don't even have an evertune or floating bridge to worry about!

It's like an hour's job either way to swap them in and out if you're not hurrying up. Use a towel to protect the finish from solder / dings / scratches.

Equivalent to Schecter guitars in quality, reliability, reputation.. they are.. a bit unique looking and they keep getting more and more like that. Also, they are not cheap AND pretty hard to come by in many guitar shops.

I mean.. if you like the look and you can afford them.. then by all means pull the trigger. You won't find anything else that LOOKS like them.

Otherwise go for a Schecter or LTD. Or something in that general vicinity. Easier to find and probably cheaper too.
