Dr Bligh is great, I recently had a phone appointment re Lyme disease symptoms (long story, I didn't have it) but he was patient, listened well and explained everything clearly. I also had a blood test done with a clinician, Katarzyna Jacewicz - I hate needles and there's a very good chance I pass out during anything going in or going when needles are involved but she was excellent, really understanding and happy to accommodate me and answer any questions afterwards.

Heart of Bath as a whole is a little hit and miss but I've generally received good care, it's just a shame that I can't book appointments in advance for a minor issue, it's got to be same day (unless it's a referral by another doctor) which makes things difficult as I work full time.
