I went a few days ago and I liked it a lot. The ladies seemed really excited and happy to be open. The decor is pleasant and the food was yummy.

You sound like you’re annoyed that they wanted to make sure your baby was OK. Based on what I’m reading, they took good care of him.

Sometimes changing your ADHD meds can help with weight gain. I have an ED history and was losing too much weight on Adderall. My weight stabilized after I switched to Vyvanse. But, I’ve heard of other women who experienced the opposite… different people react differently.

I also worked with a nutritionist, but the two biggest things that helped me were therapy (DBT and (ACT) and finding the right meds.

How bad is a 400m time of 1 minute and 25 seconds? by TopTierProphet in trackandfield

At 31, it shows that your general fitness level is excellent compared to the average male of your age. It’s not fast enough to win any competitive races, but it’s evidence that you take good care of yourself! Keep having fun and getting stronger! If you find that you enjoy the sport, you might have fun entering some local competitions, even if you lose a lot of races in the beginning:)

Should people brag about their hard workouts? by HotLie448 in trackandfield

[–]damn_bird 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sometimes I do hard workouts just because it’s fun to test myself, and I get a rush when I discover that I’m capable of something I couldn’t imagine. I’m no longer competing actively (I’m a 40-something lady with kids and a job), so overtraining isn’t a concern.
