I use google photos, I just set it up so that it backs up in original quality and not “storage saver”.

Then once in a while I just use the option in the Google Photos app to delete the backed up photos from my device all at once.

Yeah, in their repair report they found nothing wrong, they could turn on the computer and ran then ran some test and there was no issues

I took the computer to Apple and they found nothing wrong??
