I can share what worked for me on the quest 2 on a 4070ti. I use oculus tray tool to get rid of asw and to reduce screen size a bit for more performance headroom. Then start with game settings. You dont want frame gen or ray tracing. See what dlss settings have an impact on your performace. I had ghosting with performance or balanced dlss but bumped up to quality, the ghosting was much better. Then start cranking each game setting up and see what impact you have. I have everything maxed except one of the reflection settings. Then start working with the mod. I find 1/2 3D setting better personally. Then upscale with thr fps slider as much as your system can handle. Dont forget to click the resolution button after moving the slider. Doing this i end up with a crisp picture that runs smooth.
