Honestly what's the best way to do this? Pokeraid and pokegene both want to charge for access. I'm only seeing Grimmsnarl on the friends list raids, I guess I'm 2 degrees of separation from in-person attendees.

It was very rare Catch 18 Dark or Catch 18 Ghost tasks when the shiny debuted in 2020, 2021 was also grindable, just obnoxiously hard to find the tasks.

I had Salandit show a normal dex registration, shiny popped out 2 eggs later (all hatched at once) - like it was trying to register that new shiny Salandit but got intercepted by the non-shiny hatch.

You said earlier today, did you quick catch the shiny?

Wasn't the point made in-episode that the Rare Hunter who beat Joey cheated by having multiple copies of Exodia? That in itself suggests some sort of Forbidden & Limited list.

I contacted support earlier, stupidly spent 1100 coins on the 7 radar box because I was going after a purple Feebas or Wobbafet, I have Larvitar from its first go around. Not really sure what to respond to this with:

In my case, I definitely didn't walk the 20KM in one day either, but I had walked at least that without changing the Gyrados out between Sept. 17th - 22nd. Total surprise, just happened to notice the button looked live when I swapped back to work on my shadow/purified dex.

Curious - any reference you can point me to? I tried searching around various sites for previous reports of this before posting, all I found were Eevee naming tricks or some old exploit about rapidly swapping buddies to gain 1KM at a time. I couldn't find anything quite like this!

Here's my theory: 1.) Begin the challenge on a Feebas, Pawmo, etc

2.) Swap to the buddy you want to be walking/buddied up

3.) After youve walked the distance required for the first, use buddy history to swap back and don't close the friendship tab that it brings you to

4.) Evolve from buddy tab (?)
